His shiny jet black coat will have all your “terrier” friends drooling with envy. Not only is this dude quite the looker, he’s also sweet as pie. He starts off a little shy and plays the hard-to-get game but once he knows you are his person he will be your constant shadow. Yup our little Cosmo is what we call a “Velcro” dog.
