Felicia is a very sweet dog who loves people and is happiest when she can cuddle up next to you. Felicia loves walks and playing fetch and tug of war with her much bigger foster brother. She is witty and a quick learner. Felicia gets along well with other dogs and kids. She's about 2.5 years old and about 15 lbs.
