Our States litter was born in one of our foster homes when we rescued a very pregnant mommy dog from the shelter that came in as a stray. When no one came for the mommy dog we were asked to take her in so her puppies were not born in the shelter. The shelter is no place for a mom to give birth. Puppies are at high risk of infection if left in the shelter. luckily one of our puppy fosters was available so mommy came into the rescue and gave birth to what is known as our states little about a week later. These puppies are well socialized with other dogs, kids and people of all sizes. They are ready to begin their new lives in their forever homes. We estimate their adult weight to be around 10-15 pounds which makes them the perfect size to be your carry on on the airplane or simply accompany you to all the dog friendly establishments in your neighborhood.
