Benji was rescued from a very overcrowded shelter in LA after he was surrendered by his family of five years because they didn't have time for him. He was sick with Kennel cough and needed immediate rescue help to get him the care he needed. A few days spent in the doggie hospital and weeks of antibiotics were required. Fast forward a few weeks and this beautiful boy is happy, healthy and ready to move on to the wonderful life we promised him. Benji is as sweet as they come. He LOVES his twice daily walks with his foster family. He enjoys meeting and greeting the people and other dogs in the neighborhood while out with his foster family. Benji could very easily accompany his new mom or dad at work. He would probably just grab a seat in a doggie bed and relax under your desk. He would love to join you when you go to the kids soccer games or if you are just picking them up at school. There really isn't a home that Benji wouldn't be perfect for. He is crate trained and is well on his way to being perfectly potty trained in his foster home. At about 15 pounds he is small enough to be your carry on on the airplane.
