Bear is two year old Retriever mix that is full of love. Bear was found as a stray and brought to the shelter, when no one came to claim him we were called and asked if we could take him due to overcrowding. Once in his foster home Bear followed his foster family around the house wherever they went. He was so happy to be in a warm, loving home he wanted to make sure they weren't going to leave him. Well it wasn't a dream Bear you are safe and we promise to find you the "perfect" forever home. Speaking of that....Bear would do best in a home that loves long walks, maybe a hike with his family or a game of fetch in the backyard. Bear could definitely go to work with mom or dad (he would probably curl up under the desk and never be seen until it was time to go home), he could join his family at dog friendly establishments. You see, Bear just wants to go wherever his family goes. He tried out a few days at a doggie daycare and it was a little to much stimulation for him. Although Bear gets along with other dogs and could easily have a canine brother sister or brother he would prefer to spend his days lounging at home while you are at work. Well unless he can go with you!!
Bear is crate trained and hasn't had an accident in his foster home.
