When Monty was picked up by our rescue partners at SCAR in early March, he was skinny, covered in fleas, and full of parasites. Since he arrived in foster care, he has been learning about plush dog beds and the perks of human affection. SCAR transferred this 4 month old terrier to us so they can continue to help more dogs, and now he's ready for a home of his own!
