Emerald and 7 other dogs were rescued from a hoarding-type situation. These dogs were outside, some chained, without food or water in sight. Now in foster care these pups are quickly learning all about warm beds, squeaky toys, and human kindness.

We will be looking for homes that are willing to be patient and give them time to acclimate and feel safe. Once they know you are friend and not foe they will be your little shadow. Another dog in the house would be great so they can learn how to just be a “dog” and enjoy their new life!

Emerald and Ruby are fostered together and are looking for separate homes. They are about 3-4 months old and weigh about 10 pounds right now. We expect their adult weight to be in the 20 pound range. They live with other dogs and teenage kids and do well.
