Honey is ready to find an amazing forever home. This sweet chi mix was part of a large group of dogs that were removed from a car that someone was living in and unable to care for all the dogs appropriately. With 5 newborn babies in tow she arrived at the shelter scared and pretty protective of her pups. The shelter is no place for tiny puppies so we were asked to help out. A foster was found and the whole family was moved to their quiet, temporary homes with the intent of returning her to her owners after she was vaccinated and fixed. When her owners did not return for her we jumped at the chance to bring her back to the rescue and find her a wonderful forever home. Honey lives with other dogs and does great. Shy at first meet she becomes a playful and snuggly girl after a day or two. At 8 pounds she is the perfect size to tag along with you on all your adventures.
