Pug (short coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Baby : : Small
Meet Frank….. this sweet 10 week old Pug was turned into the San Jose shelter after he was found wondering the streets. He was thought to have a hernia that required surgical repair so we were asked to take him in. After being seen by the vet and being neutered it was determined there was no hernia and this perfect little pug was ready for his forever home! Frank loves with other dogs and he does great. At around 5 pounds he’s ready to take on his 70 pound foster siblings in a good game of wrestle as if he was in their same weight class. Whether Frank is hanging in a sling with his foster mom or meeting all the neighbors on his daily walk this social butterfly is loved by everyone he meets. Evenings are spent curled up in his fosters dads lap or next to the fireplace when it’s cold out. Frank is crate trained and is doing well on his potty training but adopters will need to be willing to keep working on structured training to assure he becomes a well behaved and properly socialized adult. We are expecting this cute mug to bring in an overwhelming amount of suitors so if you want to be considered you better get your application in asap! Once we have received enough apps to go through we will put Frank on hold so if you do not see him on our website it means we are no longer accepting applications. Apps submitted under another dogs name will not be considered.
