Tommy is ready for his forever family to come make his last wish come true. This sweet 10-12 month old Border Collie was surrendered to us after a Good Samaritan saw his owners not treating another dog very well. When they approached the man he was more than willing to hand the dog over and asked if we would take the male sibling as well. Shy at first and a little apprehensive with new people given the treatment and neglect he endured the first few months of his life he has shown no aggression and bonds quickly with his person.  Tommy is smart and gets along with all the dogs he has met. We are looking for a Border Collie loving family that is willing for to give this sweet boy time to decompress and realize you are friend and not foe.
