Charley (aka Chewie) is quite a character. When he wants attention he'll ask for it, but when he wants to be left alone he'll let you know that too. Predictability, consistency, and routine are key with this 6 yr old boy and he's doing well in his dog-savvy foster home. Charley will toss his toy at his foster family to signal it's time to play, but then he's ok going off on his own to hang solo. He will do best in an experienced home that will understand his rough edges and respect his boundaries, but also give him guidance and space to trust and grow. Charley does well with older respectful children, likes to play with the other pups in his foster home, and is good with cats.
