his sweet Dobie/Shepherd mix was rescued when a Good Samaritan found her neglected, skinny and dehydrated. Our volunteers immediately went into action to get this girl into the rescue and a loving foster home that was waiting with a soft bed and full bowl of dog food! We are calling her Cleo.... Short for Cleopatra!
