Mom and pups were brought into the shelter as strays. Pups were only 5 weeks old. It's to dangerous for young puppies to be in a shelter for weeks while waiting to be old enough for adoption so we were asked to take mom and her pups into the rescue. These guys are so well socialized with kids, dogs, and adults of all sizes that they can go to most any type home. These guys will be small so if an applicant has small children they will need to demonstrate the ability to introduce the child and puppy where the child won't injure the pup. Applicants should also be prepared for crazy puppy antics as these guys have already shown they love to chew shoelaces, pants, and anything they can get their teething mouths on. Once fully immunized at about 16 weeks these guys will be the perfect companion at all the dog friendly establishments in your neighborhood. We predict their adult weight to be around 10-15 pounds so they can also be your carry on on the airplane.
