Elsa is a very sweet 1 1/2 year old, 70 lb, German Shepherd mix.
Elsa's family was no longer able to care for her after she recently had puppies so Jake's Wish stepped in to help her find a great new family.
Elsa currently lives with three dogs of varying sizes and ages. She has become BFFs with her 5 month old foster sister. They play, sleep, play together all day long. Elsa also lives with two teenagers whom she adores. She loves to cuddle while they are doing homework and is always a willing participant to get a head scratch or belly rub.
Elsa is a high energy dog but can relax on the sofa too. She would love a family that could take her hiking, jogging, or to the dog park. She is house trained and walks well on a leash with the occasional pulling. She is starting to learn commands such as sit and stay but will need continuing guidance and training.
