Meet Waffles! This adorable little guy is a bundle of goofy fun who would love a family of his own. Waffles is a 2 year old, 15 pound, male Dachshund / Terrier mix. He's full of spunky personality and will keep you laughing all day long. He craves love - he absolutely adores snuggles, kisses, and belly rubs. Waffles came into the shelter as a stray with an injured foot. He's healed now and ready for a new start in life. There's just so much to love about this little character. He's too cute for words, especially with that spectacular overbite! Waffles spends his days hanging out around the house, playing with his foster siblings, lounging in the sun, and just generally enjoying the good life. He's a very happy-go-lucky guy who makes friends with everyone he meets. Waffles is working on potty training in his foster home (hence the "belly band" in some of his videos) and is getting the hang of it quite nicely. If he has an accident, it's usually just because he got really excited about his foster mom getting home from work. Waffles loves playing with other dogs - he lives with dogs of all sizes, both male and female. He's a wiggly little bugger who will follow you around all day and wait patiently for love. Every time you look at him, you just can't help but smile. Waffles would make a wonderful family dog! He'd love kids or other dogs to play with. Honestly, Waffles is a true gem.
