Hollie was found as a stray by one of our volunteers. She was so skinny her ribs were showing, she was dirty and covered in fleas. She had no tags or microchip so a lost dog report was filed, signs were posted but no one came to claim Hollie. Fast forward a few weeks and we have a very well adjusted, friendly girl who has put on a few pounds and is flea free. She has received all of the appropriate medical care and vaccinations and is now ready for her forever home.This little girl weighs under 20 pounds and is full of energy. She currently lives with two other dogs that she adores. Hollie could easily be your jogging or hiking buddy. She could join you at work or could hang at the doggie daycare playing with her friends while you are at work. She loves to play with other dogs so she could also join a resident dog in her new home.We have not had her around kids but she seems like she would do OK with school age children. We always recommend children meet the dogs before adoption if you have children in the home. Hollie is working on walking on the leash without pulling. With a little training she will be a perfect companion for any active family.
