This sweet Cairn Terrier mix girl is a little shy at first, but quickly turns into a lap loving, face licking side kick once she knows you are a friend and not foe. Ebony lives with other dogs both large and small. While she has started to play with the ones her size she is still intimidated by the large shepherd in her foster home so we think she will do best in a home with dogs her size or would be just fine being your one and only. Ebony is about 18 pounds but would probably be best if she got down to a goal weight of 15 pounds. She walks great on leash and is potty trained in her foster home. If there are kids in the home they should be over 12 years old and have some experience on how to properly approach a shy pooch. Ebony is not considered hypoallergenic but she is low shed and not high maintenance with grooming needs.
